Building on the rich geology of the La Ronge Greenstone Belt, MIDAS holds two ready-to-produce gold projects totaling 4,492 hectares. Both are supported by a fully permitted, newly refurbished 500-tpd production facility, paving the way for near-term gold output.
La Ronge Greenstone Gold Belt
Located in north-central Saskatchewan, the La Ronge Greenstone Belt is a geologically rich region formed nearly two billion years ago as part of the ancient Trans-Hudson Orogen. Its volcanic and sedimentary rocks host significant gold mineralization, making it one of the province’s most prospective mining districts.
The area has a long history of exploration and gold production, with past operations such as Jolu, Komis, and Roy Lloyd contributing to Saskatchewan’s mining heritage. Today, ongoing exploration continues to highlight the belt’s strong potential for new discoveries and resource expansion.
